Java Web Start used to launch SpaceTree

Installation of Java Web Start is straightforward on Windows and Mac OS X, but needs a little fusing on Linux. Be sure to read the instructions. You need to unpack a file from the Java 2 distribution and install it separately, then add javaws as a Helper Application to Mozilla. Remember if setting up a server to set the web server's MIME types appropriately.
